Project Update (July 18, 2022)
Construction of the new Public Works Facility, located east of the existing office/shop at 4202 - 51 Avenue, is continuing to progress on schedule and within budget. In addition to the general construction of a 17,100ft2 maintenance shop and 9,220ft2 office building, the project includes upgrading the utility services, installing landscaping to allow for better storm water management, and a 125,000W solar panel installation.
