The City of Camrose and Ledcor Design-Build (Alberta) Inc., in partnership with Camdon Construction Ltd., requires subcontractors for the Public Works Facility project. In order to prequalify your firm we would like to request the following company details:
- Company Legal Name and Address
- Company Year Established and Structure (Corporation, Partnership, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
- Identify Company Annual Work Volume and Staff size
- Company Contact Person(s) – Contact information (phone and email)
- Divisional Scope(s) of Work
- List Complete Scope of Services
- Provide Previous Project Experience – comparable projects completed in last 5 years
- Please List 2 Customer References
- Provide copies of the following:
- WCB Clearance letter
- Copies of safety certifications (COR, SECOR, etc.)
- Contractor Security Reference (Bonding company) and contact information, if applicable
- Insurance Reference and contact information
- Any other company information relevant for a proper review of company capacity and ability to perform work on this project.
