Camrose's downtown is an integral part of Camrose's character with rich history, culture, and commerce. The downtown has seen many changes in the past few years, including the COVID recovery and closure of the Downtown Camrose Business Improvement Area. There is strength in the diversity of businesses, exceptional events, and potential for so much more!
We would like to bring together downtown business owners and champions to a structured workshop with focused conversations to identify what makes businesses want to stay downtown, what attracts businesses to move downtown, what prevents people from choosing downtown, and what is going well. With our collective understanding of these aspects of the downtown, we will develop a coordinated vision that is critical to building on the outstanding momentum that already exists. This roadmap will lay out pragmatic ways to take action and help downtown Camrose thrive! Refreshments and snacks will be available.
