Land Use Bylaw Update will be presented to Council for First Reading.

At the October 3, 2022 Regular Council Meeting, Council will host a public hearing for the amended changes to the Land Use Bylaw. Council may thereafter without further notice proceed with final approval of Bylaw 2929-17 at the Regular Council Meeting on October 3, 2022.

The City of Camrose is updating the Land Use Bylaw (LUB). 

This community open house is an opportunity to discuss and comment on regulations effecting heritage and character in mature neighbourhoods. What can homeowners and developers build and where, what standards must be met, and how are existing homes protected? 

On December 5th, at 5 p.m. Council will further consider the Land Use Bylaw.
